I do know that Johann has tried many overbearing villain team-ups in the past; such as Magneto, Dr. Doom, and even Dormammu. I wouldn't be surprised if he tried Loki next. But while Johann is far too serious loving his job of terrorism a bit too much, Loki has the opportunity to take advantage of that 'love-to-hate' approach and might take on tricking Johann into betrayal... which isn't wise. At all.
