Anyone remember earlier this year when all the nay-sayers were saying that the Wii U would bankrupt Nintendo? Well, I never bought it for a second, but I did wonder about how Nintendo would handle a transition from making their own consoles to relying on "the other guys" to distribute their product. Then I got the idea for the series of comic strips that you see here. Enjoy!

There's a lot I like about this strip. I like the chemistry that has developed between Mario and Sonic. The punchline for this one, though, is a little meh. But I wanted to build up a rhythm here, so I decided to stop the strip on that punchline rather than go on for five more panels to get a "better" punchline. Has anyone else noticed how similar the Wii U Pro controllers are to Xbox ones, though?
