This unit entered the department as a supplemental command unit. At times the other command units were being overwhelmed in times of high crisis. So therefore the department once again contracted with Spyder Valley Mfg to come up with a mobile command unit that had some versatility to it. Enter this unit. Once Acre City saw the success a similar unit had in the Holman Union, the city jumped on this unit. This rig is equipped with GPS tracking, mobile radar, ultra-high fidelity (UHF) radio communications, WiFi, and high definition video surveillance equipment. This is a new standard for command within Acre City. This is the first of two systems ordered. This one now and the other will be delivered first of the year. Enjoy!
