Cool, old school with the floppy disk drive and the fact that it can run on Windows 98 and newer and also has a CD/DVD/Blu Ray-rom drive as well.

You can. All you have to do is change the motherboard and the CPU. And FYI.
The Original CT1 is built only for Windows 98. And nothing newer.
