I came here following a link from 's vectorization of this lineart. This is a fabulous work indeed! Such beauty, such elegance, such... suggestiveness. I knew all along I had a special place in my heart for our benevolent lady, HM the Princess Celestia of the Sun, but this picture reminds me of that in all the good ways.
