It was on 2nd of May, so I already had (:
By the way, I'd like to thank you for it, too. ThisΒ fav.me/d79stup and the next journal of yours kind of somehow inspired me to participate in that booth.
Though, as a result, I virtually missed the con itself at all ^^

"Inspired"? I am humbled, and slightly confused (especially since there's
no way those journals of mine could have shown up in your inbox XD),
but i won't question it! So I take it your stuff sold well?

I was thinking about the idea of making a booth since maybe a year ago or so. Without actually doing anything, of course. Than two things happened: first, I knew my acquaintance was in the same state of mind, and second, I read your journal. It had such a nice feeling to it. I interpreted it as that you were (are?) so excited by the coming fest and all, so that I thought, 'damn, I'd like to be excited too, why wouldn't I be?' After that, we had only a month for preparations xD
Well, we were sold out, though, commercially, I think it was a fail. But this doesn't really matter, since this isn't the point of making the booth.
And, well, I see at dA much more than what I have in my inbox ^^

Wait, you sold out of things to sell and you call that a failure?! What would be winning then? XD
I'm just going to try and break even. That's all I need to make sure of for my first con.

To me, that booth was a winning, overall. But not commercially. The booth itself with its programme was quite expensive, so even with almost everything being sold we barely covered its price, as far as I know. And I think, because of inexperience, we sold some things cheaper than we could :\ Nevertheless that was great.
Ah, I wish I could go to BronyCon or to any big American convention. At least to see how is it done your way (: Because I feel it is something completely different to what we have here.

Ah, I see. I can only hope of selling all my prints. I plan on printing out 100 each of 5 different designs, and I hope I can break even.

I need to remind you how much I love your art. Seriously, I do. All the little details, there's just so much life to this picture.

Aww, thank you for this reminder :3 I always try to make pictures, umm, believable, though there aren't much actual details here (:
