Description
This was the first thing i thought of when i saw the dizzitron, so I decided to make it a comic.This is my first comic and I would like to know what you guys think.
EDIT: IΒ΄m starting to think that people think that I have drawn every single panel. This is not the case. The first 4 panels are frames directly form the episode. I chose to do this because they are already perfect. Also my drawing skills are terrible and I would have had this comic done in 2014 if I would have drawn it all myself. The last panel is the only one I have edited. I have removed lightning dust from the dizzitron, I have also used the ground from a previous episode as template and I use this image: [link] created by madmax as a template to create lightning dust eating concrete.

I really like it. My only thought is that you could make the last picture a closer shot of her embedded in the ground. As it is, I took a moment to find the punch line.

I thought of the same thing, but I figure it has some kind of safety mechanism in place that will only allow it to release when in a certain position, so to prevent this.
Still...pretty funny to think about this happening anyway.

Sorry but I thought of it, saw it was not created yet, and make it now that Wonderbolt academy is still the latest episode. But donΒ΄t worry this was the first time since season 1 episode 1 that I found out that I had the idea and the time to create this. I doubt that IΒ΄ll have time or an idea anytime soon. Although you never know.

To be fair, a mechanical engineer could design such a device where pulling the release lever only stopped the wheel at a certain spot. It's easier than you think. If this pic turns out I can explain:

Yeah I figured that there probebly was some mechanism that would allow for a repeatable and reliable launch. Otherwise they would never use it. The comic was more inspired for my own incompetence back in the day when i tried to swing a ball attached to a rope to the roof and ended up releasing it to late and launched it in the dirt behind myself.
Anyway thanks for the drawing, IΒ΄m always interested in mechanical devices and I didnΒ΄t really know as to how it would work.

Well, I could only get it to download (I blame googledocs) but if you look at the file, if he pulls the gear (1), the stopper bar (2) will connect with the wheel but will only stop the wheel when the wheel reaches a point where a special spoke spoke hits the bar. Thus he could pull the lever whenever he wanted but the wheel would only stop at a certain angle.

Had the same thought, like "wow this looks very unsafe..." I also liked how the spiral serves no purpose except to make the ponies watching dizzy - the pony inside is facing outward!
