you can do it but i have to wonder why such a small house unless in a highly populated area on vulcan...

IT was originally for a family of four: Jan, Spock, Sarek James and Amanda Maureen. Withy the kids grown by the time of "On the Home Front" and "Janet Kirk: Times Past and Present", Jan and Spock don't need anything bigger.
