Umm....hate to tell you this, but the "th" before an Andorian name is more male than female....course, there are four sexes in the Andorian species, but....

Well, I was going by the Original series when I created the characters. At the time of that series, no one knew much about the Andorians, so no one knew the details of names.

"Thelen" was originally written as a spec-script during Next Generation's next-to-last season. It was submitted, but Paramount didn't buy it. This was while DS9 was still on the air and Voyager wasn't even a dream yet. I usually don't come down in favor of Enterprise- in my view, they got a few things wrong- BUT I will give them credit for developing the Andorians. Every series had that one race- TOS had the Vulcans, Next Gen had the Klingons, DS9 actually had 2 with the Bajorans and the Cardassians. Voyager had the Borg. I don't remember his name exactly, but the regular male Andorian on Enterprise- didn't his name start with an "S"?

They were small, but they worked better than I thought they would.They were actually easy to make. Especially in Data's case since his background was never really filled in.
