Here's the journal skin that I used. Various images I have used for it, are NOT included.At the bottom, where it says...
...put the link to the image you want to use for the header in between the "div align="center" and "/div". You must install this skin first before editing the image in, though.
If there are any problems, let me know. And if you do use it, let me know, too
