This is amazing! Personaly I think Monsters vs Aliens is Dreamworks finest movie. Less humor, more serious story telling. It is hilarious but in a suptle way such as backround jokes and good interactions between characters. It's insane and messes with the old monsters movies, keeping us on the edge of our seats.
It characters deal with prejudice even after they ''saved the day'' such as humans still treating them like beasts. All characters have faults that are addressed but not really resolved.
All characters are likeable to the point where one maybe only deslike the villian. It's difficult for a movie to make a villian that you hate (ever see Tim Curry fans after Rocky Horror Picture Show?).
I really like how you use the style often used for comic book characters or horror movies. It very nice!
