Description
A demon model posing for three wizard students and an instructor in a Life Drawing class.This is pretty well finished. Now I'll go about changing all the things that I do't particularly like about it. Feel free to offer critisism.
Photoshop and hand drawn scetches were used.

this is fantastic, and it makes me think of something you'd see in terry pratchett. you know..i wouldn't complain if you felt the need to paint oh..captain vimes or carrot

Love the idea, it's so creative! And the drawing techniques remind me of the styles of the old time masters. 
I think you can cast a little more shadows around, although it's hard for me to tell where exactly to cast the shadows, but it seems the cane of the master wizard should leave a shadow somewhere on the wing of the demon, and either the canvas should cast shadow on the students.

I'm not that crazy about the doorway/arch behind the teacher (it seems too plain, or maybe the wrong color?, almost too smooth), but other than that . . . I love this! Such a great blend of characters. It's cool that you used sketches and photoshop--I can't even see the evidence of PS, which I think is great for this piece. The colors are so nice in this, and it makes me laugh a little at the strangeness.

lovely, no doubt
but one tip: they demon's eyes are going int different directions...she looks more than a bit dazed
focus them and it will bring the picture together and draw the viewer in closer.

One of my favorite things about this is the sketches. It's a wonderful piece of work, and there are people sketching in it 
Strangely enough, other people often make the mistake of forgetting what angles the characters are seeing things. It seems really obvious, but it happens often.

Yeah those are dragons flying around the little castle...The students have a running bet as to whether that's a real sized castle a long ways off, or a teeny tiny one inside a ball.
I've updated some of the bits I didn't like. If you put one directly over the other a click back and forth you can see what I changed more easily

Well I have been meaning to give this a proper comment for some time, I must apologise for taking so long.
Where do I start? Firstly the humour of this work is what I enjoy most, the geeky looking male students in their Leonardo Da Vinci attire, the cheeky vixen of a demon, the chubby Professor. lol Very funny but always subtle.
There is so much to look at, so many details and excellent little elements that when combined form a very strong and specific image. I love the little castle in the crystal ball (are those dragons flying about?) ; the sleepy little bat on the boy's shoulder and a necklace of bat bones? Perhaps a previous much-loved pet?
Your paintings are really outstanding, your use of colours equally so. I really do fail to see any faults but perhaps I am blinded by the sheer excellence of the excellent parts. Or maybe I just don't want to see them

Okay okay so there ARE several.
So I suppose I am interested in hearing about more. I guess. Sort of... Heh

I love the demons expression, and the others expressions as well. The one female student on the right looks like she would hope that sometimes theyΒ΄d have a male modell, as a little bit bored for all the time females (what ever females theyΒ΄d be) and the colouring and all hundreds and even more details are carefully made. The cat reaching for the feather, clothings and wrinkles on them, and little stuff thatΒ΄s on the shelfs and desk and brushes and... everything!! So much to see there. Excellent work!!

the students sure were happy about their model. the other classes, they heared, only had a demonic cat at their command. but they were able to draw the devil's fourths daughter. what a lovely demon she was although her smiling was a bit irritating. other students might be scared, but those humans weren't worthy enough to draw a girl of her calibre anyway. a few things made even them wondering, they could not explain themselves why the candles went on when she was entering the room, maybe because of her hot temper. they had to admit that even a devil's daughter can be nice. before they started to draw her she was playing with the cat (the little demonic cat from the other art class) and with a bat (one student's pet). she even brought some cookies with her. the only thing disturbing them was their master bad jokes about a nephew of him. what a relaxed atmosphere. they got excited once again when her father came into the calssroom to take a look at the student's works. what would have happened if he haven't liked the drawings, but fortunately he liked them all. he was embracing his daughter , shaking hands with the students and left a little strawberry cake as a reward. why are devils considered to be bad creatures?
tremendous amount of details, the candles, her skin, the pattern on the master's overall, the little castle in that glass sphere. nice idea, nicely done.
