Awesome, very Masamune Shirowesque. The angle is great, and the lights flow like radiated hard liqour. The cyberpunk biker is very cool too, very shiny, and she has a very fierce expression.

Nice. Only two things I can think of: I'd make the laser targeter slightly less opaque, as it sort of ruins the whole impressionistic feel of the scene. Secondly, I'd make the car lights slightly more glowy so that they are the prominent feature of the cars, but maybe that's just from watching too much Akira...

Well....it's looking better I think, the reflection on the girl certainly add to the sci-fi/futuristic feel. I especially like the reflections on the leg "protectors". Very well done....theyr'e so shiny! 
I also not you changed the sky abit.... I like the appearnce of the other one more though, it is slightly darker and I think fits in better with the "dark city" feel.

I have a Toshiba PortegeΒ΄ tablet PC. One of the little laptops that allow you draw directly onto the screen. It's great. Before that I had a Wacom 4X5...

She seems to mesh so much more with her surroundings. A definate improvement.

If I could make a suggestion, it would be to make the reflections "harder" on harder surfaces... righ tnow it seems like a uniformity of textures accross her body ... I guess it makes her a little flat
I could be misinterpreting.. but it seems that she has elobow pads... those coudl have some sharp relief light reflections.. as well as the glass/plastic of her face plate..
I relize that you`ve brought th eglass levels way up... but I just feel that there coudl be more contrast between the surfaces...
Also I noticed a light anomaly (in the larger picutre) of the ambient light of the scene...its seems that she is lit from the right... where everything else is lit from the left... but that could just be my poor sence or perception..
finally she is not relfected into the scene... but If wereyou.. I would leave it like that.. if gives a sence of the scene being viewed from "her" rather than putting one as the target of the "laser/ray" gun.
Of course.. the compisition is excellent, I cant really fault it.. but if I was going to point and open my mouth.. thats what I`d say.
