Well, well, well, if it isn't one of the most evil Harry Potter villains, Dolores Umbridge. She had Dumbledore removed from office and brutally abused students, including harry potter, himself. She is dispised by everyone. She stayed for too long.
Umbridge is near a house, in a grassland. She sees her boss, Cornelis Fudge. He runs towards her, grabs her arms, and suddenly his chest bursts into a set of teeth, that's right, it's the Thing. He bites off Umbridge's hands (Like in the horror movie), and lets her go. She runs into the house, only to find something that scared her even more, the Blair0Thing (aka the Thing's final form). As she gazes in complete horror, "Fudge" walks behind her, shifts his head into another mouth and kills her. Good ridance.

Consider it done. Because being turned into a cat would have been too good for her.
She needs to know what it's like to be mortal......and a bunch of male dogs having their way with her might be what she needs.
(The same can't be said for Ron, Hermione, and Harry. I think they deserve some kind of reward if they get turned into animals. Since poor Ron is afraid of spiders, some other animal would be sufficient. Not sure about the other two......)
