Here we have the mastermind of the 53th Danganronpa game. I'm not just killing her for nothing; she murdered Rantaro Anami framed the original protagonist, Kaede Akamatsu for it, and broke the foruth wall in a way that practically ruined the whole series; revealing that eveything is fiction, what was she thinking? I don't even believe that her ability to change into other Danganronpa characters is "cospaying", I think it's actually shapeshifting. Enough fooling around, it's time to avenge Rantaro & Kaede's deaths.

Tsumugi is in a theatre, on stage. She suddenly hears someone playing the piano. She looks to left and sees that it's Shuichi Saihara (Terrorscare) and he's NOT happy to see her. He says "You think you can gain better view ship from the audience (he points to the screen) by framing & murdering my girlfriend? it's not enough that Danganronpa is finished, i'm gonna make you pay". He pulls a sword made of (Kaede's) blood, out of his mouth and slices off her left-leg. As she screams in agony & clutches her amputated leg, he kicks her face a few times. A shackle suddenly appears from the ceiling, grabs her neck and pulls her up. As she suffocates, she sees TS holding a bowling ball, and you know what that means. He throws the bowling ball and it hits Tsumugi's head, killing her instantly.
