My first ever knitted sock!

The lovely lady at our lovely local yarn store,
The Yarn Inn, held a sock knitting class.
It was one evening a week, for four weeks.
With a bit of homework in-between.

I used tiny circulars, & double point needles
for the first time. I learned a lot!

I am going to brave the matching sock on
my own. But knowing help is always available
at The Yarn Inn.

Unfortunately, this sock does not fit me, I was
never going to get my heel through. But from
this sock, I can alter the pattern, & hopefully
one day knit the perfect sock for me!

I used a sock yarn dyed by a local Tassie
yarn & wool dyer, & crafter, Sally Ridgeway.

The colourway is Stormy Seas.
