Description
Another commission, this is Merida's bow, quiver and arrow from Disney Pixar's "Brave". The bow is made from wood and pink insulation foam, is wrapped in leather, and accessorized with sculpty. The quiver is leather string, cardboard, and craft foam, and the arrow is wood with a poplar arrowhead, feathers, and leather string.Related content

Thank you! The details are painted on, although if you used pink foam like I did, you could potentially carve the design in as well. There's actually also a knot on the top of the bow, but I only noticed it when I had to ship out this commission, so it ended up getting omitted. The thing about this bow is that the more you look at it, the more details appear, like zombies in a fog O_O

LOL yes i actually bought the movie and the toy bow to get the details, and it still is possible to carve into the bow thats wood, but not to deep LOL, i love your design its beautiful and the arrow head looks awesome, i am tryign to make some in metal like Meridas
