Description From the top of Clere's head we had a good vantage point of the 'carnage' below, though we had to hold on to her fins for dear life. Clere walked after the fleeing gingerbreadmen; her movements seemed slow, but her size meant she was covering a lot of ground quickly. She snapped her victims up one by one, I couldn't help but develop a bit of a hankering for cake, gingerbread not so much. I would have asked her to save some but it didn't seem likely that she was listening; we were just along for the ride.
It didn't take long for the landscape to run out of gingerbreadmen, and Clere's rampaging left only the villages intact, surrounded by a ravaged wasteland of clawprints and upturned soil. After that we went further north; it didn't look like the villages had anything to reward us with, and given that Clere destroyed all surrounding farmland, asking for a reward might not have gone over well.
We did run into a few bandits on the road, who graciously donated their money to us. Presumably Clere had something to do with that, but we were too happy to finally have money again to care. We stopped at the next village for supplies - also I bought a new spell called 'stone to chocolate', it sounded delicious at the time.

That night we crossed into the ruins of Prineman City; a huge area of crumbled buildings and fallen walls. This had once been the capitol of a wealthy kingdom until an invasion of sea creatures brought it down. The city was already ruined so there was no real reason for Clere to go around it. Once we were in the middle though, she stopped and asked. "Hey Ted. That stone-to-chocolate spell, think you can try it here? I need something to eat." It seemed a reasonable request at the time so I shrugged and zapped a nearby building. I couldn't tell what it had once been, but what it became was a giant chunk of chocolate. Clere immediately set about eating it, and a change of sorts took place. I had heard human men say at some point that chocolate had an effect on women but I had never seen it in person. The chocolate building only lasted half a minute, after which Clere growled. "More." She had previously made effort to control the volume and tone of her voice. Now, she was in full-on monster mode. I figured it was best not to get between a dragon and her chocolate, so I zapped the next building over. We had admittedly gotten into a bit of a vicious cycle, and there wasn't any way out that I could see. I just kept zapping buildings into chocolate as Clere gobbled up more and more of the city. Her skin groaned under us as she expanded. I saw her back rise higher and higher, but from the top of her head it was hard to really tell how big she was getting, except that it was very big.
I think I remembered an ogre and some bandits fleeing from the castle on the central hill, the city by that point was essentially no more, even the walls were gone. I turned the castle and the central hill into chocolate last, it's quite possible the spell was a bit random in terms of what chocolate it turned things into. Clere took a few bites, she seemed to especially like this type of chocolate. " Ooh, this one has nuts!"
