Awesome man! i just started to get serious with painting(you can check it out in my gallery) and it's fun.
I'm not a pro at painting or anything but i heard this from a really great painter and you probably already know this but maybe someone else will pick this up and find it useful, he said to keep in mind that you can't paint rocks, glass, wood, skin, eyes and so on the same way, because they all reflect light differently and since painting is drawing light you get the idea.
