picture! it's so simplistic and sharp (positively speaking of course!)
kage's shading is great. that dark mass that engulfs his lower half... primo cover for a potentially pained or weakened expression. NO. all we see is the gratified bloody grin on the last panel. that's all we want to see!

Doing the shadows for this was a ton of fun and I'm actually happy with the grin.

Niiice done on this. The visual effects of us only seeing the knife getting dropped, a bleeding, kneeling figure and then that evil grin, is perfectly put together to show the Kage we know and love to hate already from this early stage
