Now anyone who is familiar with the upcoming Guillermo del Toro mecha/kaiju film Pacific Rim and has been keeping track of the press releases knows what this is. It is a blueprint for one of the Jaeger mechs from the film. The American one called Gypsy Danger. Now at first glance it looks like all that I have done is posted a strait up picture and nothing else. But take a closer look and see if you can spot something else that I have added.
To me it just seemed like a cool little crossover idea. If you can't spot what I added just say so and I will point it out, but I would like to think that it is fairly obvious.

Leatherback's back opens and an energy beam fires out. Striker Eureka carrying it's two pilots, one from the US ,the other from Finland, gets zapped by the blast and begins to short out. The two pilots scream as the neural link that was working shuts down. Their blood still boiling Neal and Matti climb out the escape hatch of the robot's head and come face to face with Leatherback. Neither pilot shows fear. They stare the beast down as if they were as big as it is. If they are to die, they die fighting.

I just got the prequel graphic novel Tales from Year Zero. You should get it.
I can see in that short bit Godzilla show up and rip Leatherback's head off.

It's a blueprint for a piloted mech from the upcoming film Pacific Rim. I just added the Stark Industries logo from Iron Man for fun because it struck me as something that he would build. I thought it would make for a cool crossover.

Yep, it's a film by Guillermo Del Toro about giant monsters appearing through a dimensional portal to attack mankind forcing the human race to band together to build special piloted mechs to fight them.
