Deep Surf is a new character that's recently been fleshed out, given a cutie mark and his first awesome fan-art. He'll be a major character in the next arc, and I think after all the hard work went through to make this for me, I'm thinking Deep Surf'll become a permanent part of the cast

Deep Surf is an ocean-loving pony. Pegasus though he may be, his love of swimming doesn't see him in the sky much. He keeps to the ocean, the mares, and his bizarre "deep" philosophies that often befuddle and annoy others. Deep Surf is laid-back and fun loving, and also generous and kind.
