True, I just went along with jokes about how people with giant robots could easily win fights by stepping on their oppenents (think power rangers).
While the Bay movies have proven that (cause Merica), those people relied on their numbers and weaponry upgraded from Cybertronian technology. While the RWBY cast have advanced weaponry and semblances, it will most likely be the Transformers winning the battles.

I haven't watched Power Rangers since "Megaforce". Did any rangers since step on the monsters with the giant robots? I doubt it.

I honestly think Optimus Primal would have been a better fit in regards to scaling. Then again, there is the Double Pretender Optimus Prime in Of Masters and Mayhem.
