Well I mean yeah he's not as much of a meme now. But I mean have you taken a look at the Dragon Ball power scaling community for the Spanish fans, theres at least three versions of him on every list. They are single-handedly keeping this meme on life support. Also, Devil Artemis on youtube still uses him from time to time, but he's guilty of using dead memes from time to time. I see your point though, the meme has passed.

no I haven't seen him on the Spanish community due to the fact that I speak English
and Devil Artemis keep using the Ugandan Knuckles meme not Shaggy
but just like Shaggy Ugandan Knuckles is a dead meme as well
