Honestly, with Qrow´s semblance, the Master Chief is in trouble.
Like, what if the connection from his brain to his suit randomly malfunctions and the whole thing shuts down? The suit would crush him in an instant.

Well, if Master Chief has something akin to a good luck semblance, then yeah, but in a world without such supernatural abilities, I doubt something like this exists.
I mean, I don´t know much about his universe and how it works, aside from what has been covered by MatPat and Austin, and what has been explained in his DeathBattle video with the Doomguy, so maybe I´m overlooking something, but from what I know, the Master Chief has nothing to counter Qrow´s semblance.

Chief just has good luck. A lot of times he tends to survive impossible things he attempts (like jumping out into space to kick a bomb onto a capital ship).
Chief’s reaction time alone might also do well against a lot of what Qrow has. Those enhancements are nuts.

Still, Qrow´s semblance can easily affect his suit, making it malfunction and rendering it useless.

Eh, the reason the Spartans can use the suits is because they're super human. Unless they changed it at some point, I guess. Still, it'd probably slow him down alot if the motors in the suit stopped working.

From what I heard, there are in-game files that confirm that even a Spartan can´t bear the full unsupported weight of the suit. Remember, that thing weighs a literal ton.
Keep in mind that I got my knowledge of the Halo universe from analysis videos like the GameTheory and The Science series, and the introduction segment in a Death Battle video.

Ah, I don't watch stuff like that, so I only know what was written in the books and the games themselves.
The biggest problem with the idea that the suit ways too much to move it, is that enemies can move it just fine. Maybe not little enemies like grunts or jackals, but the enemies that have about the same physical might as a spartan are fine with it. And have you seen the ragdolls? Don't tell me something that weighs a ton can fly like that! XD

I´m not saying it weighs too much to move, just that it´s very heavy.
Also, are we talking enemies with the same physical strength as a spartan with or without armor? Because, if I recall correctly, the armor makes the wearer a lot stronger.

With the armor, the Elites have about the same strength as the Spartans, and the Brutes are somewhat stronger. That seems to remain true without the armor if we consider Halo
