I remember when I was little, I use to always watch Inspector Gadget. No matter what day it was on, or what time it was on too. I'd always catch the Gadget man. Lately I've been thinking... I actually want to make a new, Neo Gadget animation. He was a great influnce on me back in the day, like Astro Boy was. I'd think it would be a good idea to revamp him!

I thought Penny would've made a good school girl, it just kinda seems to fit her personality.
My vision for this story is to actually tell a more serious Gadget plot, and have Penny be the person MAD is after for some odd reason.

Well, Penny was always the one that actually did all the work/solved the crimes, so it makes sense that they'd be after her... Even if that's not the reason in your story, it's not really too hard to imagine them being after her for SOME reason...
