Thought I'd do a picture of Frieza. One of the most flamboyant villains, I've known to date.I used the radical blur filter on the "energy" ball hovering above his hand. I do love the radical blur filter!

yeah its pretty cool, you create a circle outline around something you want to spin or zoom, then select the quality and there you have it. Be sure its on its own layer instead of the original one, just in case you mess up.
