Description
This was a take-home from ECCC, a collector was commissioning "Rule 63" covers of male Spidey villains. I chose the villain Arcade to draw.Rule 63: For any given male character, there is a female version of that character.
Done in Copic markers, with ink and rag for the "static" on the Murderworld monitors.
