Reconstructed Fossilized Dino. Rock/Ice.When Cara Liss isn't involved in the resurrection process, the FIN FOSSIL can be revived into Icthyo.
Icthyo is a naturally rambunctious pokemon. While capable of walking on land, Icthyo and its evolution prefer to remain in the water. Icthyo and Artoic are known to hurl snowballs at other pokemon from the safety of the water. Icthyo's snowball fights have a playful nature, whereas Artoic's are much more violet/aggressive.
This one took some time. I kept going back and forth on what the design should be. At first I thought it should be based on an acrophoca (like what JWNutz has done) because acro and arcto sound similar, but it's the fossilized dino, so a mammal didn't make sense to me. Then I decided to try making it a plesiosaur and tried turning the beta water starters from gsc into the completed Arcto fossil, but they looked too much like lapras. Finally I decided to go with an ichthyosaur because of it's ties to London made it make sense for the Galar region. Icthyo is very much inspired/based on Bulbyboi on instagram's interpretation. I took some liberties of course.
