Description
Water type regional variant of Cufant based on T4-T3 's design (www.deviantart.com/t4-t3/art/R… ) and an evo inspired by mapuregiondex on instagram (www.instagram.com/p/CBRAnoFla-… ), but altered to look related to this version of Cufant. I wanted to achieve a Mrs. Potts vibe.Also I used conyjams 's Cufant sprite as a base because theirs is better than mine.
