Baby Kangaskhan and a new mid stage form.

The mid stage form, Genghiroo, takes inspiration from from the baby's appearance from Mega Kangaskhan combined with Marowak because of Kangaskhan's long rumored connection the Cubone line. (Also a touch of Charmeleon.)

Jinjoeys are never found in the wild outside of Kangaskhan's pouch. (An orphaned Jinjoey becomes a Cubone).
Female Genghiroo evolve into Kangaskhan after breeding. An unhatchable "bad egg" is produced that will not hatch on its own. Giving it to Genghiroo to hold triggers evolution and in effect hatches the egg. Mother and child are completely inseparable. (My reasoning for why Kangaskhan is technically two pokemon.)
