Description

To answer the threat the Elites posed, a new combat drug began to appear on the streets of Lost Angeles. It has several names, but most just call it Juice. A single dose can accelerate the growth of the Hex, causing the user to grow incredible muscle mass instantaneously. This has so far proven to be the most effective weapon against the Elites. Unfortunately, this rapid growth also cannibalizes the user’s organs, including parts of the brain. It turns them into a raging, savage force of nature for a few minutes at most before finally succumbing to the organ failure. Still, the ones that give their lives to fight back are remembered as heroes by the Hexed.

The strange thing about the Juice is, no one knows exactly where it comes from. The Hexed who have it all know a guy who knows a guy, but no one has been able to find a source. It’s certainly high end stuff, made in a lab, and there’s almost no way it’s coming from inside the walls of Lost Angeles. Rumors are making their way through the ranks that the Juice is coming from Haeven itself, as they’re possibly the only ones who could make it. At first it seems counter intuitive, until you start to realize Haeven’s entire business model is built on the ongoing conflict between the Elites and the Hexed.
