I know, right?? Especially when I have such an angular style... and babies are round/stumpy. Ugh. So hard. The "First Meal" achievement is coming along quite well, though--I already have Kilmarrah and Tariq's bases prepped.
And thank you. I decided that, since you mentioned maybe having Kilmarrah wind up orphaned due to some kind of disbanding/dispute, that maybe daddy should have some scars. Gives him a bit more personality, too.

That was an awesome idea! And they definitely do add character. It's also more realistic. These are wild animals, after all. One can't expect them to have an easy life and remain pristine. Especially considering they aren't the biggest thing out there.
That angular style is perfect for drawing salikos as adults. It feels like an exaggeration of what's already there, very natural I could say? Words.
Is that Kilmarrah that's a bit away from him, staring at him like "is this where I belong?" ;-;

Exactly. I assume they'll all get dinged and nicked over time. I know Tariq does for sure.
I really enjoy using it for adult Salikos; especially the Kumba, because Kumba are so incredibly long/lanky already.
Yes, it is! Haha, I realized I should update and mark who is who. XD
