I've finally 100% completed the game. It did however cost me a few points of sanity, especially while doing Keeper runs and also while trying to spawn the Mega Blast item, but it had to be done. It has become personal.

Oooh, gratz! I still have a few things to do, mostly Mega Satan with the Lost, Greedier Mode with all, a few Delirium runs and the whole Forgotten Card.

Well, I wish you luck on your Lost runs. They can be a bit of a pain, but when you finally succeed, it feels great. And Forgotten is just straight up awesome.
