Coloring: The colors turned out very vibrant, and they contrast nicely against the green lattice.
Concept: I like it; it's very summery and is cheering in a way.
Effort: The chairs seem to be tilted at exact opposite angles, which looks really nice and adds to the contrast. Did you do that intentionally?
Skill: It has a good mix of symmetry and contrast neatly combined and the lighting is good, too.

I like the slightly desaturated look this has, great composition except for the fact it doesn't look quite horizontal, normally not a big deal but with this composition I think it is.
