Holy sheets on fire... I can't believe I did all of this. I actually wanted to do something like this before, but I was a bit lazy, but now I got to it.Basically, I drew and colored the original seven Crystal Stars from Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door and the thirteen others I thought of. There are twenty overall, if you couldn't count (like me! *shot*). You want the names of each? OK, I guess I'll tell you them.
Bottom row (going from left to right): Diamond Star, Gold Star, Emerald Star, Ruby Star, Sapphire Star.
Second row: Garnet Star, Crystal Star (the most creative name of them all!
), Queen's Star, Sun Star, Winter Star.Third row: Forest Star, Ghost Star, Sky Star, Island Star, Moon Star.
Top row: King's Star, Dream Star, Clara Star, Light Star, Dark Star.
My only gripe is how the Moon Star and Light Star look. They look KIND OF similar (the Light Star is lighter in appearance)...
So what's your favorite Crystal Star?
The original seven belong to Nintendo.
P.S. I actually drew one star and copy & pasted the others to make sure it consumes less time, hence why their shape looks so similar.
With that, this means I have to do the Pure Hearts. Will they be easier? Beats me.
EDIT: For some reason, I felt motivated into going back to this picture. I edited this once before, and now I'm coming back to it with Adobe Illustrator. As you can tell, the Crystal Stars look a lot more like they were in the games in terms of their shape. While the colors of the ones I made kind of look similar (with a few exceptions), the original seven do look different. The Crystal Star, in particular, probably looks the most unique now. I also added some sparkles on the stars, since the games had something like that on them.

I really like how the Dream Star, Crystal Star, Queen's Star, and the Clara Star turned out! Well, they're all truly pretty, but especially the Dream Star. C:

Yes, I can assure you that they all look pretty nice. I wonder if the Pure Hearts will be able to beat them.

.....Oh my gosh, I remember when I obsessed over the island star when everyone was taking crystal stars XD I don't think I like the color of it, though.... I'll just take the forest star instead cause it's my fav shade of my fav color XD

Yeah, I remember that too. People were trying to take each other's stars and stuff.
I think I did say the Island Star was brown before. It's not one of my favorite colors, but there had to be a brown star.
Now that I think about it, I'm liking the Light Star a lot more. I also like the Clara Star and Dark Star too.

I like some shades of brown... just not this one. But, yeah, a brown star does seem necessary.
The Light Star and the Clara Star seem to bright for me. I perfer darker colors.. the Dark Star is pretty sweet, though. I kinda like the King Star, too.

Well, the Light Star is bright because, after all, it's light. And yes, the Dark Star and King's Star looks cool, and they're probably the most dangerous.
