FULL VIEWI saw TUS' awesome of vegeta and coloured it in pencil a while ago which can be seen in my scraps, i decided to have a go at doing it digitally.
I'm still new to this digital colouring business so if anyone has some pointers please let me know.

if you used photoshop, a nice effect to mess around with is color-dodge it makes highlights have excessively saturated edges creating a glow. I'm not gonna explain it all, but play around with glow-type effects.
other than that, good job, though some of the red blur is a bit splotchy.
have at it, only improvements can be made. (well, that doesn't mean you can't screw up, but photoshop has an undo key amiright?
