Winter wilds Encounter!

While scouring the deep underbrush for a small morsel, Executioner had not wondered far from his brother. Although, it seemed something in the distance had caught his eye, drawing closer towards it. He felt a subtle rumble of the terrain, there was only way to really get a good look at what's coming right? His pounce upwards was his only conclusion, in the air he had leapt. His feathers catching an abrupt burst of wind, he was taken further up then anticipated. There his amber hues locked on another fiery gaze, dagger like teeth welcoming him with the predator's smile dripping saliva from it's maw. That's too big for him to eat!
