I used one gaussian_blur/pre_blur TX combined with a spherical/eyefish TX. But this is just for a start. Add some other variations on them.

In Apo 3D pre_blur is a standard variation but you can download it as a Plugin for Apo2.07 here: [link]
As far as I know, pre_blur makes a shape look like 3D and adds solidity to a surface.
