Love the reconstruction of the style. It looks like a warm summer's day. Her features are soft and gentle and her expression is peaceful. All of which is a mirror of the gentle oranges she's painted with. Very nice.

Every art is good and there is no hierarchy, but I've had other thing on my mind - that there is some trend right now to paint sweet pinup girls because of popularity of that subject and it would be a huge waste, if such a great fantasy artist would go also this way.

That's fair, but artists have to get paid, and whatever's popular sells. It's a shame that's what it boils down to, but it's undoubtedly effective.
