Thanks! It was quite a lot of obsessive planning, but it is looking as though that paid off. It helps to have a few lovely ladies running around the house who are happy to pose from time to time. Admittedly, this pose is very much based on the way my cat looks when she is about to get into trouble.

Oh but I wish it were personal! This one is commissioned, (but a luckily I have full control over the piece) She will be on display for all to see at Obscura Night Club in Cincinnati Ohio. Rest assured she will be in a protected area in a pretty fancy room, which means... she is going to a business that I cant really afford to frequent, and likely couldn't even get into if I dressed in my Sunday best.

Yes, as well as a skinned cat carcass embalmed and strung up from the ceiling for a few weeks. Those are also some pretty fun pictures! And I also have a few adorable cats running around the house that really enjoy to strike a pose now and then. Oh... and I have also downloaded about every Natural History special involving tigers ever produced. Once all is said and done I will post a link to my process video. I filmed every single part of the construction.

The skull is a really good candidate for an exploded mount. Might do that with the whole cat actually. Still haven't decided yet, and I am not really sure what all of that would look like, but the bones are clean and now pristine.

Dis-articulated educational skull mount. Known as a beauchene mount. The standard examples are pretty neat, but I think I can push this further with a tiger. Brass and I are pretty good friends.
