Edit: btw this is a tutorial made in photoshop 7.0, but I highly doubt it can't be done in CS or CS 2.0... can anyone confirm?

i've got the shape right its just the colours that dont work, i press control - B and nothing happens anyway i'll upload it and let you see for your self

o but one thing, my cyclone doesnt meet up in the middle like urs

ehm... well i can0t be completely sure about it because its been something like a year since I made theis, but i suppose it is just random, because you happened to not get a lot of lightning bolts in the middle... i think itll work out if you try again
