hehe, the image I was thinking of was a actually a pencil drawing in one of those How to Draw books... I thought that might have been your ref, but that drawing probably came from a photo. So it all makes sense now. I think.

Oh no... it's from this book (photos) called the ultimate horse book, if that clears things up. I was just playing around with color pencils and I saw that photo so I thought Id give it a stab.
