It's a curse this self awareness, the acknowledgement that the fictional women we swoon over are only a figment of our imaginations but we continue to crave them like the oblivious fools we are.....and worser still this desire for what isn't real also aplies to "real life women" we see in the media, the movie stars, the pop idols, the super models, the reality TV personalities, the porn stars especially, the list goes on...
