Yet another OneShot fanart, this time of Niko in the city
It's going to be a birthday gift for a dear friend of mine!I'm not entirely satisfied with the coloring this time. The colors are unevenly blended in some places and it was also hard to achieve the vibrancy and thus the feel you get from seeing this view in the game. It was fun to paint nonetheless and I hope you like it!
