I love this image. This is one of my favorite places to go when I go west to Las Vegas and then home through Utah. Utah has more parks than I will be able to tromp over in my lifetime.

Thanks Larry! I know what you mean about the southwest. At least most of the great stuff is localized in southern Utah. Another area a lot of people overlook is the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, which I think is much more photogenic! How you ever spent time in Big Bend?

Yes I have, did a lot of camping and canoeing in that area in my twenties after the wife and I first moved to Texas. My wife is a native of Big Spring and her father and I fished and camped through there. We went to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon but it was closed due to a snowstorm.
