Description
I don't think I've ever done a redraw of my old art where I can look at it and say wow... look how far I've come.
That is this piece. I loved the soft colours I used in the original and I even used the original pencils from 2010.
HOWEVER... when you have 3 tiny humans who touch all your things, let's just say that some colours have found new homes.
I still like to see my growth not just in composition but that I am no longer afraid of layering, blending odd colours and even added a background (which are still not my favorite to do)
I am just happy to know I've come far and still have more to learn. The journey of art is never ending <3
