Shwa. 'Tis Houndoom howling at the full moon, with the light reflecting off his eye, making it look all evil-like. This be my first time EVER drawing him, so please be kind to me.
And yes, there are more of his pack in the background. I am REALLY proud at how this came out, considering I didn't even use a reference pic.

I actually drew this in a basic oekaki program. o 3o It might've been BBS Paint, but I'd have to check. I can't remember much about oekaki anymore -- it's been years!
