This is a base version of one of my doodles
I see a few problems with this one such as the rope and various anatomy issues....

Bodies don't work like that
And if this is a suicide pic it shouldn't be around the torso but around the neck, a person could fall out of that.
If they are hanging the legs will not be bent, because gravity would work it's magic if they were dead.

It's supposed to be around the torso, it's supposed to be interpretive (more or less)
And her legs are on the floor, the floor hasn't been depicted. (I should probably add it huh?)
