What is a Raffle?
Raffles are events where a certain amount of people enter in hopes of being randomly selected to win the prize.
What is a FTO?
A FTO is First Time Owner, this means you do not yet own a Devidae gained through an adopt or event.
Rules
-Comment once only with a phrase similar to "I would like to enter"
-You do not need to own a Devidae already to join
-Winner gets custody, they may choose to gift or trade after approved as an official Devidae
-All raffle rolls will be done visually through discord so its fair
-Must be a first time owner
